The purpose of this job is to work collaboratively with clinical/practice administration to efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of medical services and manage all resources needed to optimize the level of patient care and revenue cycle management for the Adult Outpatient Clinics. The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and/or controlling all aspects of assigned outpatient clinic’s internal and external customer service, human resource and financial management operations. Promotes an environment, to ensure continuity and quality of service and care between the operations, and its patients and staff.

The purpose of this job is to oversee the infrastructure that coordinates necessary resources for patients enrolled in Adult Behavioral Health case/care management services. This infrastructure may include adequate clinical, behavioral, acute/chronic, and social care services between internal and external networks. The Manager of Adult Social Support Services will provide leadership over the Adult Behavioral Health case/care management department to ensure proper resource management and the delivery of quality and effective care.

The purpose of this job is to oversee and direct the activities of the administrative and professional operations of the Adult Behavioral Health outpatient clinics to include all related services as governed by contracts, standards, and respective funding stream requirements. The purpose of this job is to be a member of the Criminal Incident Response Team, which serve victims of mass casualty criminal incidents and communities throughout Readiness, Response, and Recovery phases. Specifically, Criminal Incident Response Teams serve victims of crime and communities through training, technical assistance, education, community outreach, case management, hotline support, exercises and drills, deployment and behavioral health direct care services (including therapy), assessments, and community resource linkage. Position provides counseling, crisis stabilization and support services to victims of crime that may include brief psychological interventions, therapy, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), or other evidence based or evidence informed best practices for victim services.
